    AMAZING WINGED TIGER / JAGUAR
    This is a SPECTACULAR, COLORFUL INCREDIBLY DETAILED CARVING!  Alebrijes are Mexico's fantastic, imaginative figures - they are often called "creatures of the dreams and the imagination".  They are hand-carved and hand-painted  of copal wood in Central Mexico where I travel regularly to select affordable high quality and imaginative pieces. This is a great piece - a large cat with wings - a beautiful carving with rich  painting .  The animal is full of motion. The wings and tail are removable.  It is approximately 8 1/4" long,  and 5 3/4" tall and 6 1/2" wide. This imaginative tiger would be a fabulous addition to any collection.
