    Description

Mexican Pottery Artist Style Aurelio Flores Castillo Mexico 1950s Intricately Decorated.
Listed is a recent acquired Mexican pottery piece from an estate sale in New Mexico . Appears to be from the 1950s based on the collection that was at the estate sale. It's stylized or possibly done by one of the pottery masters in Mexico in the 50s. The works of Aurelio Flores looks very similar in character. This also may be from the Castillo family. There are no markings to identify this pottery piece.
    Measures approx.  7" tall x 7.5" diameter.
Condition -  overall, the original paint is shinny and in very good condition with no loss or flaking. There is minor rubbing on the front lip of the sculpture. In the interior there is hairline cracks on the clay, as seen in the pictures.
