Mexican Folk Art Our Lady of Guadalupe Tin Milagros Cross Wood Wall Hanging
Handmade in Mexico, this Mexican folk art tin Milagros wood cross is one of a kind.
Made of hand carved wood, stained green color with dark taupe wash and hand painted with pretty floral details.   The artist used his fingertip to paint the flowers.
On the front, the artist used blue paint at the tip of each arm of the cross for accent and painted a purple halo with metallic gold sun rays around the center, 1.75"H Our Lady of Guadalupe, antiqued dark green, silver tin Milagro.
5 additional hand nailed tin Milagros with gold and green wash:  An angel's wing for protection, a palm tree, a sacred heart with 3D flames and embossed thorns, a goat and a platter of bread for nourishment.
Milagros are carried for good luck, left at saint's statues for prayers and hung in the home for blessings.
Ex Voto, offering and special gift.
A hole is carved into the back for wall hanging.
