This lovely set of earrings were made in the town of Santa María Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico.
The
Velasco Villanueva family, Dona Maria, her children and other family members, are all  part of the continuing tradition of making these gorgeous filigree earrings, figurines, cups etc.
The earrings are made with miniature flowers, a tiny moon and a sstar. These delicate earrings are attached with a sterling silver hook.
