Up for your consideration is a wonderful Antique Religious Retablo Made in Mexico. The painting is oil on tin and I believe is Jesus. The Folk Art Work comes in its original tin & glass frame. I'm not sure if the back wood piece was added later. There is a floral design under the glass. I think they are painted daisies. The bottom piece has a few cracks as seen in my photos. Otherwise the normal age wear. Please enlarge all photos for a better description.
The inside picture measures 7" by 9 1/2". The outside frame measures 17" by 9 3/4".
