    Abelardo Ruiz Signed By Folk Artist 1960's Paper Mache Clown From Mexico
    A very colorful paper maché clown from Mexico. A handmade original signed by Mexican folk artist Abelardo Ruiz in the 1960s. Great attention to detail, from the clown’s collar to the shoes and hat. Measures 10” T. Slight damage to the back of the head. It’s possible that the head was reattached. (See photo #8) Not very noticeable from the front. Writing added to the bottom at some point. (See photo #5)
